Message from the Nation.dev Team

Welcome to Nation.dev.

Nation.dev is created by developers, for developers, with one clear goal: to give ambitious developers real opportunities, real tools, and a real community to grow in.

We're based in Stockholm, and our community already includes developers from 51 countries.

The platform is still in its early days. Things will improve continuously, and we'll keep you posted as we move forward. We'll also be sharing our public roadmap soon so you can follow the journey transparently.

Right now our focus is simple and practical:

• We're loading real remote job opportunities across Europe

• We're making sure developers get matched with the right roles

• We're building benchmarking tools so you can understand your true skill level against Nordic standards and get a clear upskilling path

After that, we'll move into structured job preparation, including practice interviews, guidance, and support to actually help you land roles.

Outside of building Nation.dev, our team works across five countries delivering enterprise AI systems in production and building SaaS products for clients and within our own community. Our background spans engineering leadership, mathematics, ecosystem building, CTO experience, and real-world product delivery. That experience is what powers Nation.dev.

We're committed to building something useful, honest, and long-term.
