Manifesto
Nation started as a community for ambitious individual tech talents interested in future technology, job opportunities and personal wealth creation.
We envision a skills-first digital nation centred around tech, innovation and talents — where individual skills can be recognised, and where knowledge, opportunities and growth are accessible regardless of individual background or geographic location.
Just like a country provides the foundation of laws, education and trusted identities, we are building a digital world and infrastructure of trust and transparency where talents can learn, show-case themselves, connect and collaborate remotely.
With a digital nation in the cloud and event communities on the ground in cities around the globe, we are building a borderless community of tech competency and opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Who should join the Nation community? We welcome anyone who wishes to stay updated and relevant in IT and AI development to create a Nation account for free and start building their individual Tech Skills Passport — becoming validated citizens and professionals of the Nation community.

Nation Tribe Event Community
Nation Tribes are grassroots event communities led by local talent teams of students and young professionals, supported by Nation and our partner ecosystems. The mission of the Tribe communities is to arrange recurring, accessible physical events in multiple cities and countries across the globe — gathering talents, companies and agencies to connect local tech communities and increase access to networks, insights and opportunities in tech and AI for individuals and organizations.
